Senior Broker

Senior Commercial Real Estate Broker
Location: Atlanta, GA or Philadelphia, PA

This position is ideal for an established broker who has demonstrated success in tenant representation, has an unmatched commitment to client satisfaction, has begun building their own book of business, and wants more opportunities to advance in a specialized commercial real estate firm.

DTSpade SRE provides its Senior Brokers with:
  • An advanced technology platform that includes CoStar National, LoopNet, ArcGIS and other industry databases to effectively build your business.
  • Research tools such as articles and Webinar invitations that provide value proposition in client interactions.
  • Organizational support – work within a team.
  • Behind the scenes administrative staff support (operations, accounting, marketing).
Responsibilities:
  • Brokerage deal work on both own accounts and relationships
  • Brokerage deal work on DTSpade/Managing Broker accounts and relationships
  • Client prospecting via phone calls, emails and events/meetings with accurate reporting in Salesforce
  • Development of industry niche within company verticals
  • Attainment of personal commission goals

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as a commercial real estate broker
  • Licensed Salesperson in the state of Georgia
  • Live in the Atlanta Metro Area
  • Working knowledge of commercial real estate leases, contracts, disclosures and transaction management
  • Knowledge of the local market
  • Network of industry contacts
  • Proven success as a Tenant Rep and/or Landlord Rep
  • College Graduate
  • Strategic Thinker
  • True entrepreneurial spirit with an out-going personality
  • Genuine interest in Healthcare, Government, and/or Private Equity fields

Junior Brokerage Associate

Junior Commercial Real Estate Broker
Location: Atlanta Georgia

DTSpade is seeking individuals with sales experience who wish to broaden their knowledge of commercial real estate brokerage and/or consulting. Junior Brokerage Associates receive on the job training by providing support on real estate transactions and will have the opportunity to grow business within the team. We offer an innovative on-the-job training program which puts a Junior Brokerage Associate on deals within the Managing Partner’s team in a fast moving, dynamically organized setting. Individuals graduating the Junior Brokerage Associate position have experience 2-3x their peer group and can rapidly advance within the firm. The Junior Brokerage Associate position creates high performing agents and is the springboard for building a business and a legacy within our city. This position is ideal for someone with demonstrated professional growth in a consulting or sales position and has the desire for continued learning in the real estate industry.

DTSpade SRE provides its Junior Brokerage Associates with:
  • Real estate brokerage skills training, including Lipsey videos + testing, proprietary simulations training
  • Prospective/discovery training with direct feedback call training
  • An advanced technology platform that includes CoStar National, LoopNet, ArcGIS and other industry databases to effectively build your business
  • Research tools such as articles and Webinar invitations that provide value proposition in client interactions
  • Organizational support – Managing Broker, Marketing, Research/GIS, Administrative
  • An open, collaborative work environment located next door to SunTrust Park
Responsibilities:
  • Client Discovery and lead generation for one or two verticals through outbound/inbound calls, manage lead generation through Salesforce and networking
  • Industry research through polling or data gathering to determine client suitability
  • Conduct research on buyer’s commercial real estate needs
  • Reports to Senior Brokerage Partner on their team

Preferred Qualities:

  • Live in the Atlanta Metro Area
  • College graduate or soon-to-be graduate
  • Licensed real estate salesperson or willingness to obtain license within 30 days of employment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications – Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook
  • Strategic Thinker
  • True entrepreneurial spirit with an out-going personality
  • Genuine interest in Healthcare, Government, and/or Private Equity fields
