“3-5% of an organization drives culture. Who’s in control of yours?”

NATIONAL DUDLEY ON DRIVING CULTURE

Ford teaches one of the most impactful days of leadership training in his Transformational Leadershipcurriculum, but this one really stuck with me.

If “culture eats strategy” and “culture sets the tone for the organization” it would seem to me knowing who the 3-5% are is REALLY important.

In a 100 person organization, that’s 5 people. In a 10 person organization, that’s probably you.

If you knew exactly who that was in your organization, what would you do about it?
