Atlanta, GA (June 10, 2019) – DTSpade Specialized Real Estate, a commercial real estate firm specializing in Healthcare, Government and Private Equity, today announced the appointment of Allison P. Wilson-Maher as Pennsylvania Market Lead. This coincides with the opening of their first satellite office in Philadelphia, PA.
Wilson-Maher brings more than 20 years of real estate experience to her clients at DTSpade. Prior to joining the company, her experience includes running her own consulting company, Acuity Healthcare Real Estate Resources, and serving as Executive Vice President and Philadelphia Market Healthcare Lead for JLL, Vice President, East Region at Duke Realty Corporation, as well as Vice President and Development Director at Anchor Health Properties. Her Healthcare Practice clients are among the area’s most notable, including not-for-profit and university-based health systems, medical schools, large physician practices, non-profit mental health and healthcare agencies, and healthcare developers.
Mrs. Wilson-Maher currently serves on the boards of the Eastern Pennsylvania Healthcare Network (EPAHEN) and the Healthcare Leadership Network of Delaware Valley (HLNDV) as a Director, and she received the organization’s 2015 Administrative Achievement Award. She is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives, where she currently serves as Regent for Southeastern Pennsylvania and Southern New Jersey.

Mike has represented owners and physicians in over a million square feet of transactions over his thirty five years in the market. Mike will focus on growing DTSpade’s capacity to develop medical real estate buildings and representation of firm Clients in property acquisition.
