NATIONAL DUDLEY ON COURAGE

I’ve learned that courage is doing something even though I am afraid. When I can step back to evaluate the task or situation at hand and realize my apprehension is False Evidence Appearing Real, I can move forward with courage. When I remember that stepping through a difficult task and completing the assignment at hand builds my self-esteem, I can take on most anything.
