“Never waste your pain.”

NATIONAL DUDLEY ON PAIN

One of my favorite sayings is, “Change plus resistence equals pain.”  My life continues to be full of change.  When I am open to changing my thoughts and plans, my life runs smoothly and effortlessly. However, when I perceive that something or someone is threatening my preconceived plans, I feel emotional pain.  When I am able to step back from the pain and be willing to change my plans, my emotional pain deminishes.  Today I am willing to look at myself, learn from my mistakes, let go of my plans so that I can walk through my pain to acceptance and change.

Courage

I’ve learned that courage is doing something even though I am afraid.
