Brian arrived at DTSpade by way of southern New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Taking the time to understand each client’s core business and how it relates to their real estate needs is the hallmark of his process. Brian’s strong market knowledge facilitates the location of choice off-market or overlooked opportunities for tenants seeking space and his vast tenant representation experience allows Landlords to take the field armed with a true perspective of market demand and competitive position. Brian specializes in lease and sale analyses and complex negotiations from both sides of the table.

In his 10 years in the commercial real estate industry, Brian has represented tenants in both the office and industrial sectors throughout Southern New Jersey and Pennsylvania and has generated transactions of over $200 million and over 2 million square feet. Prior to his commercial real estate career, Brian played professional baseball for 5 years after being drafted out of the University of Virginia. He spent time with the Toronto Blue Jays, Montreal Expos, and the Camden Riversharks before retiring in 2003.
