For Diana, Homecoming is a belly laugh in communion with good people – from doing great work with professional colleagues to playing card games after family dinners.
Diana arrived at DTSpade after launching her commercial real estate career at KW Commercial. While learning from a wide range of tenant representation transactions, she also found success in listing owner/user industrial properties. Diana also assisted in the management of a large portfolio of specialty property listings, including but not limited to religious facilities. To deepen market knowledge, she developed a podcast, Insider Insights, which features interviews of more than 130 business owners and community leaders influencing the Hartsfield Jackson Atlanta International Airport submarket.
She joined DTSpade to specialize in industrial tenant representation, the transportation and logistics sector and South Metro Atlanta. Simultaneously, she enhances the transaction management capacity of the dental and medical teams in DTSpade’s Atlanta office as well as its Philadelphia office, where she lived for 20 years.
Prior to real estate in Atlanta, Ms. Campbell was a non-profit executive in the Philadelphia area. With a master’s degree in mathematics, Ms. Campbell worked for 16 years in the Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics [STEM] education sector.
Now, to provide excellent service to her clients, Ms. Campbell marries rich experience in leadership and institutional collaboration with DTSpade’s capacity for highly specialized market, financial and site analysis.
Diana believes culture eats strategy for breakfast – from running your home and managing a real estate transaction to leading the free world.
At DTSpade, Diana’s great work is connecting a place to its purpose. Diana believes that buildings are only as grand as the purpose they serve to humanity. Her favorite transaction provides an opportunity for prosperity to its owner, the possibility of work for those who need it, and the potential to bring vibrancy to the communities where people and place are located.
When Diana comes down from her great work with us, she remains in motion. That means playing platform tennis at Bitsy Grant, floating in a body of water, cheering at soccer game, or flying to visit friends and family in the North East.
