Nichole arrived at DTSpade by way of Atlanta’s Historic Westside. She is an active member of the Westside Business Association, a coalition of business owners with a vested interest in developing the community. Since 2017, Nichole has assembled over 500 acres …and counting… of commercial and residential land near the developing Bellwood Quarry Park. Through hard work and collaboration with builders and developers, she has helped create affordable housing for generations to come and has restored hope for a neighborhood that was overrun with blight. Nichole’s continued dedication to one of Atlanta’s up-and-coming neighborhoods has allowed her to earn the trust of the community. She not only has a deep connection with the residents of the Westside, but also a vast network of potential buyers and
investors to connect them with.
