Latoya Gainey Joins Dudley Thomas Spade, SRE As Senior Brokerage Partner in Atlanta
Atlanta, GA – January 4, 2022 – Dudley Thomas Spade SRE is pleased to welcome Latoya Gainey as a Senior Brokerage Partner to further deepen the firm’s services practice.
Latoya spent six years with CBRE as a Global Governance Contract Manager, then transitioned to KW Commercial as a Commercial Realtor. At KW Commercial, Latoya helped retail clients find the perfect location for their business and also had the opportunity to assist multifamily clients find their next investment property.
Prior to her career in commercial real estate, Latoya spent 15 years in the federal government awarding, managing, and administering government contracts. Throughout both her federal and commercial real estate careers, Latoya has been tasked with and successfully managed large global contracts and agreements that have given her the working knowledge, skills, and experience to be successful in assisting her clients. She also has experience traveling overseas to conduct negotiations, contract audits, and program management reviews.
